Andria Loczi is Co-Founder of Harness Collective, a neighborhood commercial real estate and business coaching firm created to expand the potential of brick and mortar business. In 2023, the Collective launched multiple lifestyle brands in the Historic Vitrolite building in Cleveland’s Ohio City neighborhood.
Andria began her career in Hollywood working in production for the television show Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. She then moved to the Cleveland area and spent 15+ years at a series of Midwest startups where she led the rapid growth of multiple educational and technology brands. In 2015, she was the first employee hired to help grow product development, marketing and sales channels for education provider Tech Elevator. In March 2020, five years after inception, Tech Elevator was acquired by Stride, Inc for $23M.
Andria serves on the board of The Women's Leadership Conference of Northeast Ohio where she helps plan an annual event with 500+ women. She also leads local community initiatives, having secured thousands of grant dollars for beautification projects in urban neighborhoods.
Andria cares deeply about intentional and holistic living through empowered decision making. She hopes to teach young women how to make confident choices by using values and purpose-driven action. She’s a Libra, mother of two beautiful daughters, and enjoys traveling and playing volleyball in her free time.
